I did a five card reading for you that focuses on the elements: fire, water, air, earth, and spirit. hope this is ok for you!
fire (represents passions and sexuality): it seems that you are looking at life through a perception that is not giving you full satisfaction. it seems that you choose to stop communication because of your gentle nature, and would rather keep the peace than rattle the cages. this is keeping things calm, but is keeping restrictions up too high. let go, and don’t worry, a little bit of a mess is alright. re-examin how you look at things and how you respond to them. get you hands a little dirty and don’t be afraid to do so!
water (emotions and feelings): it seems to be repeating pattern here! you seem to keep you emotions under wraps to protect yourself, just as you keep your passions restricted. you seem to be completely focused on something, it seems to be school, or some kind of intellectual work that has become a real burden. again, the solution to this is letting go. the walls that you build are only illusions, and are therefore easy to break through, and is shows that you have the strength to do this.
air (intelligence and thoughts): it seems that you are into some kind of the arts. maybe literature or some kind of history. you also seem to have an intense emotional connection to this work. it also says that you may have had some kind of disagreement due to this and that it would be wise to solve these issues. again, you must let go. this will help you go through a transformation that will make you stronger than when you started.

Choose a deck whose cards with their meaning written on each one of them and that has a complete manual.

Explanation:
Beat the cards, cut them with your LEFT hand, and then think about your question.
Pull your cards one on the left (positive element), one on the right (negative element), one at the top (you and your question) and one at the bottom (the answer) and will interpret them.
Once you have your answer, you’ll calculate the synthesis :
Here’s an example: let’s say the cards you pulled were

Here is the synthesis: 1+5+9+21=36
